Curated seminar. Practices and Notions of the Migrant Image was a seminar that took place at HDK-Valand (March 2015).
With: Daniel Baker, Geir Tore Holm, Paula Urbano and Louise Wolthers. The invited artists presented their artistic research and practices, addressing questions regarding politics and aesthetics, mediums and mobility, socioeconomic difference and emancipatory artistic abilities – with special focus on the (re)construction of different notions of the migrant image and how artistic practices potentially re-define Otherness.
